REFUND POLICIES



REFUND AUTHORIZATION:
Please call us (709) 364-6142 during our normal business hours (9am-5pm NL Standard Time) or email us at customer_service@omega3-drho.com to obtain authorization to return any unused product. 
Merchandise must be returned to Newfoundland Health Foods Corporation in sellable condition in order to receive credit. 

REFUNDS:
If you find you have made an error in your order, please contact us within 24 hours so that we may correct your error before shipping. If we have shipped your product: 
Credit will be issued at the rate of $14.99 for returned, UNOPENED Triple Omega 3 products. 
Credit will be issued at the rate of $19.99 for returned Omega 3 -the seal connection books.

This credit will be issued 15 days after product is received at Newfoundland Health Foods Corporation. 
Product returns will not be accepted after 30 days. 

All unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Newfoundland Health Foods Corporation at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged when returned or lost, we are unable to process refunds.

We unfortunately, cannot provide refunds for any opened products.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS:
We produce new quantities of Omega 3 Supplements on a regular, weekly basis. Occasionally however, due to extremely large shipments being ordered and shipped, we may be temporarily out of certain products. In the event of this occurrence, our Customer Service Department (Customer_Service@omega3.drho.com) will advise customers when new products will be available. We provide our customers the option of canceling their order, or waiting the short duration until new product is manufactured. 

DAMAGED AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS:
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong product, promptly E-mail our Customer Service Department at Customer_Service@omega3-drho.com within 48 hours. We will quickly send you replacement product, or the correct product, and advise you which method to use to return incorrectly shipped products.
