Dr. Ho's Credentials & History
Omega 3 Products
For more than a decade, much attention has been focused on the properties of the Omega 3
long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs): eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and docosapentaenoic acid (DPA), and their benefits to human health.
Early studies have demonstrated that Omega 3 is highly effective in lowering serum levels of cholesterol, low density lipoproteins (LDLP) and triglycerides. Japanese scientists initially displayed great interest in the Omega 3 - DHA component, believing it activates the brain's functions, increases intelligence quotient and enhances memory.
Thousands of Omega-3 researchers in Europe and the United States later confirmed the Japanese researchers hypotheses, and revealed additional Omega 3-related health benefits as well. Research into the beneficial properties of each Omega 3 fatty acid continues on a regular basis.
